Weifang Heng'an Heat Exchanging Technology Research Institute having rich radiator research and development power has been approved to be a provincial level engineering and technology research institute by the Science and Technology Department of Shandong Province and it is the only authoritative research organization within Shandong Province's same industry. The Research Institute has four rooms of automobile room, engineering room, high performance room and technical room, employs more than 120 professional persons, among whom over 50 have intermediate and senior professional titles. The institute possesses 37 nuclear patented technologies and State-level new products in more than ten categories and has completed several scientific creation projects of provincial level or municipal level. Among which the aluminium tube plate brazed radiator, a patented product, is a major and important scientific innovation project of Shandong Province. This product has the international leading advantagies of heat radiation and cost effective and filled the gap in China's same industry. They are being widely used in engineering equipment, medium and heavy-duty truks and agricultural machinery, and have obtained very good economic and social results. The two EGR cooler innovation patents have been successfully used in the EGR cooler production.
